1. Acceptance

By creating an account on CompatibilityTest you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be 18 years or older to use this service.

2. The Service

CompatibilityTest provides encrypted personal productivity tools: task management, journaling, and focus timing. Your primary data is end-to-end encrypted — we cannot read it. A secondary encrypted copy is stored for lawful oversight as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Your Obligations

You agree not to use this platform to:

Violation results in immediate account suspension. We will cooperate with lawful authority requests as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Secondary Password Obligation

You are required to set a Secondary Password within your first session. This enables the lawful-access oversight system. Failure to set a Secondary Password after three prompts will result in automatic account deletion. This condition is necessary for the platform to operate in compliance with its legal obligations.

5. Data and Encryption

Your master password never leaves your device. We cannot recover it. If you lose your master password and have not set a Secondary Password, your data is permanently unrecoverable. We are not liable for data loss resulting from forgotten master passwords.

You are responsible for the security of your master password. Do not share it.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

Suspended accounts are held for 90 days before data deletion, to allow for appeal. You may appeal suspension by contacting grievance@compatibilitytest.in.

7. Limitation of Liability

CompatibilityTest is provided as-is. We are not liable for:

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is zero, as the service is currently free).

8. Intellectual Property

The CompatibilityTest platform, its design, and code are our intellectual property. Your data is yours — we claim no rights over your encrypted content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir, India.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the platform and require fresh acceptance.
